Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service, stocking shelves, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate excellence in customer service and follow ALDI's standards.
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain displays.
  • Collaborate with team members and provide feedback to management.
  • Adhere to cash policies, procedures, and company standards.
  • Participate in inventory counts and maintain inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to provide prompt and courteous service.
  • Operate cash registers and equipment efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Prior retail experience preferred.
