Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a crucial part of the store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment. Your dedication to providing exceptional customer service will enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
  • Assist customers with their shopping experience and communicate effectively with the team
  • Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
  • Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy
  • Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and maintain document confidentiality

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years old or older
  • Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
  • Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment
  • Capability to follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
  • High school diploma preferred, retail experience a plus
