Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, stocking products, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. This position offers full-time hours with a competitive starting wage of $18.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and maintain overall store appearance.
• Provide prompt and courteous customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Conduct inventory counts and ensure accuracy in stock levels.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, especially regarding cash handling and security.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
