Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a vital member of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the store maintains a welcoming environment for shoppers.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases and maintain a clean and organized store.
  • Offer excellent customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
  • Conduct inventory tasks and participate in store inventory counts.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures while ensuring the security and confidentiality of documents and data.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Prior retail experience is preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
