Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Full-Time position
• Hours: 32-40 per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandising displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide excellent customer service
• Operate a cash register efficiently
• Knowledge of equipment operation and general cleaning tasks
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Work independently and within a team environment

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience preferred
