Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

  • Job Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and neatly arrange merchandise
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management

Qualifications

  • 18 years of age or older
  • Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
  • Efficient operation of a cash register
  • Safely operate equipment like electric/manual hand jack and floor scrubber
  • Interpret and apply company policies and procedures
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior retail experience preferred
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience
