Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will play a vital part in providing exceptional customer service, ensuring the store is well-organized, and contributing to a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Merchandise and stock products according to company standards.
- Operate cash registers efficiently and accurately.
- Assist customers and enhance their shopping experience.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the store.
- Conduct inventory counts and monitor accuracy.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
- Operational knowledge of equipment used in the store.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
- Combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.
