Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an exceptional customer shopping experience.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain neat merchandise displays.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Adhere to cash policies, minimize losses, and comply with company procedures.
  • Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Perform physical tasks like stocking merchandise, lifting weights up to 45 pounds, and general store maintenance.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Efficient cash register operation and equipment handling.
  • Interpretation and application of company policies and procedures.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
  • High school diploma preferred with retail experience.
