Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. Your focus on providing exceptional customer service and collaborating with the team will contribute to enhancing the overall shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Assist customers, handle purchases, and maintain a tidy store environment.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, conduct store inventory counts, and provide feedback on products.
• Adhere to cash handling policies, company procedures, and ensure data security.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficient in operating cash registers and store equipment.
• Capable of following company policies, performing cleaning duties, and multitasking efficiently.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
