Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a crucial member of the store, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, stocking shelves, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
  • Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
  • Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.
  • Follow company policies while maintaining document security and confidentiality.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to provide courteous service and operate a cash register accurately.
  • Proficient in using store equipment and performing general cleaning tasks.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Capacity to work independently or in a team.
  • High school diploma preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is a plus.
