Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a crucial member of the store, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, stocking shelves, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
- Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
- Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.
- Follow company policies while maintaining document security and confidentiality.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to provide courteous service and operate a cash register accurately.
- Proficient in using store equipment and performing general cleaning tasks.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Capacity to work independently or in a team.
- High school diploma preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
