Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly and efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with the store management team.
• Process customer purchases and uphold cash policies to minimize losses.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain store cleanliness.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years old.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment efficiently and accurately.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail experience is a plus.
