We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless shopping experience, and maintaining the store's appearance.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Deliver courteous and prompt customer service, assisting shoppers as needed.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
