Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will play a vital part in the store's operations by ensuring products are merchandised, shelves are stocked, and customers receive exceptional service throughout their shopping experience.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Merchandise products, cashier, and maintain store cleanliness.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively.
  • Feedback to management on product issues and inventory.
  • Support store inventory processes and adhere to cash policies.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years old or above.
  • Able to operate a cash register and store equipment.
  • Prior retail experience is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
