Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a vital part of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. Your role will involve collaborating with the ALDI team to deliver exceptional customer service and enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Participate in inventory control activities and report any issues to management.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in a retail environment is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
