Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring the store is well-maintained to provide an exceptional customer shopping experience. Position Details

  • Job Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's core competencies and professional skills in daily tasks.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and maintain store cleanliness.
  • Follow cash handling policies and procedures to ensure store security.
  • Conduct inventory counts and assist in maintaining accurate stock levels.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and various store equipment.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is a plus.
