Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for various in-store tasks including merchandising, cashiering, stocking shelves, and providing exceptional customer service to enhance the overall shopping experience.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's core competencies and professional skills in your daily tasks.
  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
  • Assist customers with their shopping needs and communicate effectively with team members and management.
  • Provide feedback on products, inventory, and any operational issues.
  • Conduct inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and follow company procedures.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to deliver excellent customer service and operate a cash register.
  • Capable of using store equipment and performing general cleaning tasks.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • High school diploma preferred with retail experience.
