Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of the store, you will play a crucial role in maintaining product availability, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers during their shopping.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate efficiently with store management.
  • Contribute to maintaining inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
  • Follow cash handling procedures and uphold company policies and security measures.
  • Perform general cleaning duties to uphold store cleanliness standards.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years old or above.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and handle customer transactions efficiently.
  • Experience in retail environments is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Capability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
