Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining product displays, assisting customers, and ensuring the store is clean and organized.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers and maintaining a tidy store environment.
• Stock shelves, process purchases, and uphold company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Adhere to inventory procedures, cash policies, and security measures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Capable of operating equipment, providing courteous service, and following instructions accurately.
