Join our team at ALDI as a Customer Service and Stock Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our store is well-organized by merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness. By providing exceptional customer service, you will contribute to enhancing the shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
  • Perform cashiering, stocking, and cleaning duties
  • Assist customers and collaborate with team members
  • Provide feedback to management and ensure inventory accuracy
  • Adhere to cash policies and company procedures

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Ability to deliver excellent customer service
  • Operate equipment efficiently and safely
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Work independently and in a team environment
  • Meet state and local requirements for alcohol handling

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous retail experience is a plus
