Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional customer service, stocking merchandise, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain displays
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
  • Participate in store inventory counts and ensure accuracy
  • Adhere to cash policies and procedures
  • Comply with company policies, uphold security, and confidentiality standards

Qualifications

  • 18 years of age or older
  • Proficient in cash register operation
  • Ability to operate store equipment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior retail experience is a plus
