Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, cashiering, merchandising, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure an excellent shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $19.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain displays
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist with shopping needs
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
  • Participate in inventory counts and maintain inventory accuracy
  • Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and security protocols
  • Perform other assigned duties as required

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
  • Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior retail experience is a plus
