Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join Aldi, a leading retail company. As a crucial member of the team, you will be responsible for stocking products, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the store is well-maintained.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their store visit.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management.
  • Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
  • Participate in store inventory counts and uphold cash handling procedures.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Proficient in operating a cash register and retail equipment.
  • Ability to follow company policies, procedures, and maintain cleanliness standards.
  • Strong communication skills and the capacity to work independently or in a team.
  • Prior experience in a retail environment is preferred.
