Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining product displays, cashiering, and ensuring the store is clean and organized to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and stock shelves
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Monitor inventory, minimize losses, and follow cash handling procedures

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register
• Proficient in equipment operation and general cleaning
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma preferred
