Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing the customer shopping experience, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining the store's appearance through merchandising and stocking activities. You will work collaboratively with the ALDI team to ensure a positive shopping environment for all customers.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and stock shelves efficiently.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
  • Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register accurately.
  • Aptitude for operating store equipment and maintaining cleanliness standards.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team environment.
