Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our ALDI team. As a key member of the store, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and offers exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment.
• Stock merchandise displays neatly and assist customers in their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and provide feedback on products and inventory.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure store security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and retail equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
