Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a vital member of the store, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, cashiering, merchandising, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. You will collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional service to customers.
• Perform cashier duties, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in inventory counts.
• Follow cash handling procedures and company policies.
• Operate equipment safely and maintain the cleanliness of the store.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficient in cash register operations and equipment handling.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
