Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our store is well-organized, stocked, and provides exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly and efficiently.
• Provide outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers and ensuring a positive experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and provide feedback on products and issues.
• Adhere to company policies, including cash handling procedures and security measures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register accurately and efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
