We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a vital member of our store, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized retail environment. Your role will involve enhancing the overall customer experience through exceptional service and teamwork.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform cashiering duties, maintain cleanliness, and organize products on shelves.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers and collaborating effectively with the team.
  • Provide feedback to management regarding product issues and inventory accuracy.
  • Follow cash management policies and uphold company procedures for security and confidentiality.
  • Participate in inventory counts and ensure compliance with store guidelines.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Minimum age requirement: 18 years old
  • Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Prior retail experience preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent
