Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join the Aldi team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, cashiering, merchandising, and maintaining store cleanliness. As a key member of the team, you will collaborate with colleagues and management to ensure a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean shopping environment.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays according to company standards.
• Provide prompt and courteous customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management.
• Participate in inventory management tasks and adhere to cash handling policies.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior experience in a retail setting is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
• Capable of operating equipment and performing general cleaning duties.
