Join our team at Aldi as a Customer Service and Stock Specialist. As a dedicated Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, providing exceptional customer service, and working collaboratively with the Aldi team.

Position Details

  • Job Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's core values and competencies in daily tasks.
  • Assist customers with purchases, stock shelves, and maintain a clean store environment.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and provide feedback to management.
  • Adhere to cash handling procedures and company policies.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Operate a cash register and other equipment efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma preferred.
  • Previous retail experience is a plus.
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
