Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring our store maintains its appearance and provides exceptional customer service. This Full-Time position offers an average of 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $17.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate clearly with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
