Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a store associate, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service, merchandising products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment. This is a full-time position with an average of 32-40 hours per week and a starting wage of $16.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with store management.
  • Take part in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Adhere to cash policies and company procedures to minimize losses.

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
  • Capability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is a plus.
