Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the store's appearance, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with the team to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's core values and perform assigned duties efficiently.
  • Stock shelves, process purchases, and maintain cleanliness in the store.
  • Assist customers with inquiries and provide outstanding service.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management.
  • Monitor inventory levels and support inventory procedures.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
  • Ability to follow company policies, work independently, and multitask effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Prior retail experience and high school diploma preferred.
