Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing the shopping experience for our customers by providing exceptional service, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Core Competencies and Professional Skills
  • Assist customers with purchases and provide excellent service
  • Stock shelves and maintain merchandise displays
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
  • Participate in inventory management and store counts
  • Adhere to cash handling policies and procedures
  • Follow company policies and maintain confidentiality

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Ability to provide courteous customer service
  • Operate cash registers accurately
  • Handle equipment safely and efficiently
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior retail experience is a plus
