Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a vital part of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance to provide exceptional customer service.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate our core values and competencies in daily tasks
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain display neatness
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and support
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
  • Provide feedback to management, assist with inventory, and ensure accuracy
  • Adhere to cash policies, security procedures, and company protocols

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Proficient in customer service and cash register operations
  • Able to operate equipment and perform cleaning tasks
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multi-task efficiently

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred)
  • Retail experience is beneficial
  • Equivalent education or experience
