Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a vital part of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance to provide exceptional customer service.
Position Details
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour
Duties and Responsibilities
- Demonstrate our core values and competencies in daily tasks
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain display neatness
- Deliver exceptional customer service and support
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
- Provide feedback to management, assist with inventory, and ensure accuracy
- Adhere to cash policies, security procedures, and company protocols
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Proficient in customer service and cash register operations
- Able to operate equipment and perform cleaning tasks
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multi-task efficiently
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Retail experience is beneficial
- Equivalent education or experience
