Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our store, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Provide outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers and collaborating with team members.
  • Communicate effectively with store management and offer feedback on products and inventory.
  • Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies and procedures.
  • Follow company policies, maintain document security, and handle tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
  • Capable of meeting physical demands such as lifting and stocking merchandise.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or with a team.

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is advantageous.
