Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Job Type

Full-Time, 32-40 hours per week

Starting Wage

$17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their store visit.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, provide feedback on products, and report any issues.
• Adhere to cash handling policies to ensure minimal losses.
• Follow company procedures while maintaining document and data security.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Possess excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment efficiently.
• Capable of performing general cleaning duties to uphold company standards.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently or in a team environment.
• High school diploma preferred; retail experience is a plus.
