Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will contribute to maintaining the store's appearance, cashiering, and offering outstanding customer service. If you are detail-oriented and enjoy working in a team, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
  • Assist customers with purchases and provide excellent service.
  • Stock shelves neatly and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
  • Participate in inventory counts and keep track of inventory accuracy.
  • Follow cash policies to minimize losses and uphold company procedures.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to operate a cash register efficiently.
  • Capable of using store equipment and performing general cleaning tasks.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Prior retail experience preferred.
