Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring the store is well-merchandised, assisting customers, operating the cash register, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. This role requires providing exceptional customer service and collaborating effectively with the ALDI team.

Responsibilities

  • Performing cashier duties, maintaining cleanliness, and stocking shelves.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and assisting shoppers.
  • Collaborating with team members and communicating effectively with management.
  • Monitoring inventory accuracy and assisting in store inventory counts.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and other equipment.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Prior work experience in a retail environment is preferred.
