Job Description

Join ALDI as a Customer Service and Stock Specialist, where you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the store is well-maintained. As a key member of the team, you will engage with customers, process purchases, maintain inventory accuracy, and contribute to a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Process purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
  • Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling procedures.
  • Follow company policies, maintain security and confidentiality, and perform assigned duties.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Prior retail experience preferred.
  • Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning duties.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to handle and sell alcoholic beverages in compliance with local regulations.
