Job Description
Join ALDI as a Customer Service and Stock Specialist, where you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the store is well-maintained. As a key member of the team, you will engage with customers, process purchases, maintain inventory accuracy, and contribute to a positive shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Process purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
- Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling procedures.
- Follow company policies, maintain security and confidentiality, and perform assigned duties.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Prior retail experience preferred.
- Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning duties.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to handle and sell alcoholic beverages in compliance with local regulations.
