Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. Your focus will be on ensuring exceptional customer service and collaborating with our team to enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Perform cashiering duties and stock shelves with merchandise.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
  • Work closely with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and other store-related matters.
  • Participate in inventory counts according to guidelines and ensure inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
  • Capable of interpreting and following company policies and procedures.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team environment.

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail work experience is a plus.
  • A combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.
