Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of the store, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and providing exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience. Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Stock shelves, process purchases, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register, equipment, and perform general cleaning tasks.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work efficiently in a team environment.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
