Job Description

We are looking to hire a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our dynamic team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. You will collaborate with the Aldi team to deliver top-notch customer service and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills consistently.
  • Assist customers with their shopping experience and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Stock shelves, maintain merchandise displays, and keep the store organized.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
  • Adhere to cash handling policies to minimize discrepancies.
  • Follow company policies and procedures to uphold store security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Capability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is a plus.
