Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. By providing exceptional customer service and working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you will contribute to enhancing the overall shopping experience.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, stock shelves, and assist customers.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
  • Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
  • Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
  • Capable of performing general cleaning duties efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
  • High school diploma preferred with retail work experience.
