Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a vital part of our store operations, you will be responsible for enhancing the shopping experience for our customers by providing exceptional service, organizing merchandise displays, and ensuring the store is clean and inviting.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and assist with queries.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.
• Stock shelves and merchandise in an orderly manner.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Follow company policies and procedures diligently.
• Participate in inventory counts and monitoring.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Capable of providing excellent customer service.
• Proficient in using cash registers and store equipment.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
