Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our store operations, you will play a vital role in merchandising, cashiering, and creating a welcoming shopping environment for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers in their retail experience.
• Stock shelves accurately and maintain merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure store security and efficiency.
• Operate equipment such as cash registers, hand jacks, and floor scrubbers.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior work experience in retail preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
