Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join the dynamic team at Aldi. As a valued member of the store, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the shopping experience for our customers. This position involves merchandising, cashiering, stocking, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure the store maintains its high standards.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Stock shelves, maintain merchandise displays, and process customer purchases efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate cash registers and retail equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
