Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join ALDI's team. As a vital part of the store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. By delivering exceptional customer service and working collaboratively with the team, you will ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and provide excellent customer service.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly, process customer purchases, and maintain a clean store.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
• Adhere to cash policies, procedures, and company standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register efficiently.
• Capable of safely operating store equipment and performing general cleaning tasks.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team environment.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and multitasking ability.
• Meet requirements for handling and selling alcoholic beverages according to state and local laws.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail work experience is a plus.
• Combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.
