Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a vital part of the store, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining proper stocking procedures, and ensuring the overall appearance of the store is well-kept.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases and maintain clean and organized merchandise displays.
  • Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers during their visit.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management.
  • Monitor inventory levels, report issues, and participate in store inventory counts.
  • Adhere to cash handling policies and established company procedures.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multi-task effectively.

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is an advantage.
