We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store operates smoothly and customers receive top-notch service. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, stocking shelves, maintaining cleanliness, and collaborating with team members to exceed customer expectations.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Offer feedback on products and assist in inventory monitoring
• Follow cash handling policies to minimize discrepancies

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Operate a cash register efficiently
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and perform physical tasks
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Prior retail experience is preferred
